QuantGist is currently in pre-launch. Access to the product is limited to waitlist members who receive an invitation. By joining the waitlist, you:

• Consent to receive product updates and announcements from QuantGist
• Understand that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a specific timeline
• Agree to use any access granted solely for lawful purposes

We reserve the right to deny or revoke waitlist placement or service access at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use QuantGist or its data for any of the following purposes:

• Sending unsolicited communications (spam) to third parties
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically harvesting data from our website without authorization
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary systems or algorithms
• Distributing, reselling, or sublicensing QuantGist data without an explicit redistribution agreement

• Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate termination of access without notice.
